Free UPS Domestic Shipping

Brancier Jewellers offers free UPS 2nd Day Air® shipping for all items shipped to Canadian addresses over $250 (For orders under $250, a flat rate charge of $20 will be applied). Each item is either In-Stock or Made-to-Order. Check the product details page to determine the Estimated Shipping Date. Once your order is completed and ready for shipment, your jewellery will ship via UPS 2nd Day Air® for free. Expedited shipping options are available for all items at checkout. See below for details.

In-Sock Items:

  • Most of our items are In-Stock and ship within one (1) to six (6) business days.
  • Once your order is ready to ship, it will ship via UPS 2nd Day (Canadian addresses) or
  • Expedited delivery is available by choosing UPS Next Day Air® for an additional charge for Canadian orders. NOTE: processing your order may still take up to two (2) business days before your order ships.
  • Once your order ships, an email confirmation with the UPS tracking number will be sent to you.

Note: While UPS may be selected as the shipping method, in certain cases we may use Canada Post or FedEx without prior notification.

Made To Order Items:

  • Some of our items are Made-to-Order and take approximately three (3) weeks to create and then ship to you.
  • You will be provided an ESTIMATED Shipping Date. To find the Estimated Shipping Date, check the product page. Most orders ship on or before the Estimated Shipping Date, while some orders may ship shortly after, depending on manufacturing times and quality control.
  • Once your order is ready to ship, it will ship via UPS 2nd Day Air® (Canadian addresses) or UPS International Economy (international addresses 2-5 days).
  • Expedited delivery is available by choosing UPS Next Day Air® for an additional charge for Canadian orders. NOTE: processing your order will still take up to three (3) weeks before your order ships.
  • Once your order ships, an email confirmation with the UPS tracking number will be sent to you.
  • Electing UPS Next Day Air® will not affect the time that it takes to create and process your jewelry order.

Shipping Policies:

  • We require a signature for delivery of all orders over $500.
  • We will ship only to a physical home address or business address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed for security purposes.
  • Once an order is placed, we are unable to re-direct the package to an alternate address for any reason.
  • UPS will generally make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, it will be delivered back to Brancier Jewellers. We will contact you to determine next steps.
  • Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address, or updated address information.

Showroom Pickup:

  • If showroom pick-up is chosen at checkout, please allow a minimum of 4 hours for your order to be ready for pick up.  (Only available for In-Stock items)
  • Upon collection, a physical ID (driver's license or passport) that matches the name on the order or a third-party name that has been authorized is required.
