ORDERS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Brancier pieces. Please review the guidelines below for exchanges on online and in-store purchases.


RETURN POLICY

  • Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for exchange or store credit only.
  • Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition, accompanied by original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact.
  • Made-to order, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Exchanges without the lab grown diamond certificate (where applicable) are subject to a $120 replacement fee for each missing card.
  • Refunds will only be given in the form of store credit.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Because many of our pieces are made in-house and crafted specifically for each order, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange:

  • Made-to-order items
  • Custom jewellery, such as engraved or personalized pieces
  • Promotional or sale items marked as Final Sale
  • Items that have been worn
  • Gift cards

CANCELLING AN ORDER

We get it—mistakes happen. if you need to cancel your order, please reach out to info@brancier.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

please note: orders are fulfilled quickly, and once a package is shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.


INITIATING AN EXCHANGE

Before sending your pieces back to us, please ensure your item meets our Return Guidelines.

  • visit our store → bring your pieces into a brancier location with your order number, and our team will take care of the rest.
  • mail your pieces back to us
  1. Contact us at info@brancier.com with your order number, full name, and reason for exchange.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  3. Package your item securely in a small bubble mailer, box or original packaging and include a note with your Name & Order Number/RA#.
  4. Ship your return to:

Return shipping:

  • Branciers is not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and are not responsible for lost merchandise.

EXCHANGING A GIFT

If you received a gift that isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you find something you love!

  • Gifts are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To exchange a gift, you must have the original order number or the purchaser’s email.

HOLIDAY EXTENDED EXCHANGE POLICY

Any items purchased during November and December 2025 and indicated as gifts are eligible for exchange until January 24th, 2026.

Terms & Conditions for Extended Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: This extended exchange policy applies only to items purchased during December 2024 and clearly indicated as gifts at the time of purchase.
  • Exchange Deadline: Eligible items can be exchanged until January 24th, 2026.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made, engraved, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Price adjustments are not applicable.
